Jerry Pearre is a lifelong resident of Clarksburg. He was raised in an area on Comus Road known by local residents as “Thompson's Corner” the intersection of Comus Road and Slidell Road. Jerry still resides there now with his wife Elaine and four of their five children (Bo, Dustie, Josie and Wyatt), a Irish Setter dog named Jax, and a cat named Chessie (named after the Chessie Train System).
More Than 30 Years of Experience
Jerry began his career soon after graduating from Gaithersburg High School, when a well known icon in the community, Sam Poole, hired Jerry. Over the next 30 years Jerry worked for Giant Food, the Marriott Corporation, and United Refrigeration in Rockville.
Jerry started Sugarloaf HVACR, Inc. in March 1997, after having built a reputation over the years in the industry for excellent and reliable work.
The Second Generation
Jerry's son Josh started working with him in 2000 while attending Damascus High School thru the OTJ (On The Job training) program sponsored by the high school. After graduating in 2004 he began working with in the business full time. Josh now lives in Frederick with Ashley and their boys Maverick and Clyde.
